Dear Sir,

            I would like to draw your attention to the fact that your account is overdrawn to the extent of Rs. 5000/- , I would like to tell you that the bank does not undertake to honour overdrawn cheques, unless special arrangements are made to this effect.

            Moreover, your cheque dated 1.03.2003 for Rs. 5300 has been paid so as not to cause any embarrassment to you. But should you require to overdraw your account in future, I shall appreciate if you complete the formalities of furnishing necessary securities. In this way, you will greatly assist in the work of the bank, besides checking any possibility of cheques being dishonoured on account of insufficient funds.
